Fulfilled By ZALORA (FBZ)

 

Fulfilled by ZALORA is an enhanced end-to-end e-commerce solution for brands selling on ZALORA, created to simplify seller’s operations. Brands can rely on our network of logistics experts and established infrastructure to help them solve their fulfilment needs. With FBZ, sellers gain access to ZALORA’s fulfilment infrastructure, while still having control over campaigns and marketing decisions. 

Sellers also gain access to ZALORA’s customer benefits, such as unlimited next day delivery (ZNOW), and a wide range of payment options, including Cash-on-Delivery. FBZ enables wider coverage in Southeast Asia, decrease in delivery times, and the guarantee of a seamless shopping experience for customers, even during peak seasons.

One Stock Solution is an extension of ZALORA’s FBZ model - brands need to warehouse their goods with ZALORA in order to be eligible for 1SS. 1SS is currently available only for Fashion categories, i.e. apparel, shoes and accessories. ZALORA is exploring the launch of other categories in this setup in the future.
